1. Shipping Details

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. The standard delivery time will be 5-7 days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

Yes, we have shipping charges for Cash on delivery(COD) orders.

2. Delivery Details

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination address. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after dispatch.

For remote location the delivery time span may increase to 7-15 business days.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to any unusual weather impacts, flights, political disruptions and any other circumstances. In such cases we will proactively reach out to you. 

At the time of delivery our delivery agent contact you through the shipping number provided by you, please make sure to provide correct contact details. Failing to receive or attend the call will result in your order being back to our office.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking details.

At  Guise Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policies below:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 2 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

A charge of 300 plus return delivery charges will be deducted for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Items that are marked as final sale or clearance.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at 'guiselabelqueries@gmail.com' or contact through chat option available on website to request a return authorization (RA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or tags.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or provide a refund as necessary.
